Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for establishing the process system and writing process documents; identify the key quality control points and continuously improve and optimize them based on actual conditions.

2.Convert production drawings, monitor the production of samples, quality control, and the improvement of quantitative product processes.

3.Verify the feasibility of mass production for products, and improve trial production reports and related process documentation.

4.Analyze and resolve process issues in production, challenge existing processes, and provide reasonable improvement suggestions; improve processes that affect product quality orlow production efficiency to enhance overall production efficiency.

5.Assist in setting product standards,writing and revising related technical documentation according to the needs of product conversion projects.

6.Responsible for training and guiding production operators on process operations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical, electronics, instrumentation or other related majors (experienced candidates may be considered with an junior degree).

2.More than 2 years of work experience in industries such as precision instruments, consumer electronics, or semiconductors; familiar with common electronic product process design flows, with experience in new product introduction and process engineering.

3.Strong communication skills, quality assurance awareness, and documentation writing ability.
